Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
